Dear Plaquemines Parish Residents and Business Owners:

Due to numerous calls from fellow residents regarding spills from various oil sites and pipelines in Plaquemines Parish, we began an investigation that has led to the filing of certain claims against the oil companies responsible for the damages.

The purpose of this website is to inform claimants of the activity of these claims and to assist them with their recovery.
